There are so many signs and symptoms of breast cancer; one of them is lump on your breasts or armpits area. It feels so different than any tissue on breasts or armpits area, and most of them found by the woman doing self-examination.
Lumps in the armpits or lymph nodes, changes in the breast size, skin dimpling, nipple inversion or spontaneous nipple discharge and the reshaping could be indicator of breast cancer, but pain can make patients misleading about the signs.

Having more children, breastfeeding, high intake of soy, folic acids, avoiding secondhand smoke and exercising regularly can prevent breast cancer and inhibit development of breast cancer.The exercising regularly can lower the risk of cancer up to 40 percent.

It also can spreads via the blood vessels to other parts of body such as lungs, brain, liver and even to the bones. Almost 70 percent breast cancer spreads to bones of the ribs, arms, and the legs, in fact if cancer spread to the bones it’s could be treatable but not curable.
