Fire stoves for effective heating

Stoves are the facilities where the fuel is burnt in a closed chamber to produce heat which is then radiated from the stove to keep the surrounding warm. This is an enclosed heating device used from the middle age. The stoves are very popular for their heat producing capacity. The difference with the fireplaces is that the stoves are enclosed. And for that reason the heat loss is less than the fireplace. In case of fireplace especially wood burning fireplace a lot of energy lost because there is no system to capture that energy. But on the other hand in the wood stoves there chance of heat loss is less because here the burning is performed in the closed chamber. For that reason the energy converts into heat and radiates to the surroundings to keep it warm. And as the heat loss is less, so the heat production is higher in the stoves than the fireplaces.Typically in fire stoves the main structural component is the burning chamber. The fuels which are wood most of the cases are inserted into the chambers. Then they are burnt in the closed chamber. Because of the confined facility the complete burning occurred and less smoke is produced. There is an exhaust pipe to release the smoke. The produced heat is than radiated from the stoves. There are heavy iron plating present in the stoves and they absorb the heat and keep the heat releasing from the stove for long time. The stoves are used in a corner of a hall room or house to keep the entire room warm. The wood stoves were used in the large palaces. And in many old and famous palaces around the world we can find the large and decorative stoves. This is not like the fireplace that we need to install it in a hearth. Therefore to keep it in the room different decorations are created. Wood burning fireplaces are less heat producer. In addition they also need a structural arrangement for the fireplace inserts in the house. The cost is also high in the wood fireplaces. In contrast to this, the wood burning stoves produce more heat. And we don’t need to break the wall to make a hearth. The cost is also less than the wood fireplace and its a good alternative to hot tub. The only advantage that the wood fireplace has is that, you can gather around the fireplace to enjoy the fire and heat. But in case of stove, you can’t watch or enjoy the aesthetic view of the wood burning or fire. Also you can’t gather around the stove because it produces more heat. Therefore the stoves are not as popular as fireplaces in the home users. And stoves are only found in large houses, church and old offices so that you can enjoy heat by sitting on office chairs. Another point is like the portable gas fireplace you can’t change the place or room for the stove. Therefore you have to place it in a place permanently. And there are many accessories which are used commonly in the fireplace. But in case of stoves, the fireplace accessories are not used usually. To increase the fire and control the heat we use grates, firedogs, fireguards, pokers, tongs, shovels, bellows etc. in the wood burning fireplaces. But we don’t need any of them in the stoves. Therefore the maintenance of the stove fire is easier than the fireplace. This is because here you don’t need to use tongs to increase the fire. You got the directly from the stoves and there is no chance that the fire inside stove is stopped. This is because it is an enclosed facility. And so the burning process will continue unless the fuels are finished. Even after that the stoves will radiate heat. But in case of wood fireplace, as soon as the fire goes off the heat production also goes off. Therefore we can easily declare the wood burning stoves as the best heating device.
