When you live in a rented property, some day you will decide to move and to change the place. Reasons could be various – from new job to new love and etc. So you will have to end the lease contract. End of tenancy cleaning? It’s not so scary. You can run it by yourself or use professional cleaning services as well. Hopefully your landlord will be pleased after all.
Invite him/her and impress him/her – follow our tips about the types of tea and ways for preparing them:
Black tea – Boil it in water for 3 to 5 minutes. If you leave it longer it becomes unpleasantly bitter. This does not increase its invigorating effect. The amount is usually about 3 grams (3 teaspoons) per 200 ml. water. We recommend it well sweetened with a bit of milk;
Green tea – Brew it with water, which is first boiled and then cooled to 75-80 °. It takes between 1 and 3 minutes. Green tea, just like black tea starts to taste bitter if it is not moved in time. You can use green tea more than once. Second and third filter, however, should not be more than 3-4 hours after the first, or tea will lose its qualities. The amount can be from 2 to 5 g per 200 ml. water. Sugar and milk are not appropriate for green tea;
Fruit tea –8 to 10 minutes are enough. It is good when it is sweetened and/or cooled. You can leave some pieces of fruit to float freely in the tea. Sounds delicious, right?;
Herbal tea – There are no universal rules because each herb has its own character. Even a simple chamomile can have different requirements depending on where it grew up, how it was collected and dried. It is important to be careful how you mix the herbs because some combinations can be very beneficial, and others - even dangerous;
Latino tea – Mate – It can be prepared in different ways. Brew it with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. The amount is 2 grams or 5 teaspoons for every 200 ml. water;
South African tea – Rooibos and Honeybush – 8 to 10 minutes are usually sufficient. The amount should be more generous: 2 grams or 5 teaspoons for each 200 ml. water. It's okay to let it stay in the water longer. Tea retains about a week in the fridge and it is a great ice tea. Add some lemons or other fruits.
You need to use fresh and clean water. If the water from the sink is your single option, it’s not a problem, just leave it to flow a little bit more.
