The petrol as well as the CNG version of the new trim in Amaze is available in 1.2 litre i-VTEC which has a power output of 86.7bhp and peak torque of 109Nm. The fuel efficiency in the CNG goes up by 23km/kg. The diesel variant comes in a 1.5 litre i-DTEC engine which produces 98.6bhp and max torque of 200Nm. The new Audio Video Navigation system incorporates 15.7cm touchscreen with a Car DVD player and other connectivity options. The other features in the Amaze VX(O) include air conditioner with heater, adjustable height of the driver's seat, fuel consumption display and WAVE key. The carmaker is also preparing the launch BR-V next year which has been built on the platform of Brio and is going to rival Nissan Terrano and Renault Duster and Hyundai Creta in the segment.
