RepIndia wins ALTBalaji’s social & content marketing mandate across the globe.
RepIndia has won the social media and content marketing mandate for ALTBalaji, Balaji Telefilms’ subsidiary subscription based, video-on-demand platform, following a multi-agency pitch at a global level. With a library of over 55 original shows, ALTBalaji surpasses the likes of Netflix, Hotstar and Amazon Prime with its large portfolio of original shows. RepIndia’s mandate will include integrated digital strategy and social media for ALTBalaji. The account will be handled out of RepIndia’s Mumbai office.
Divya Dixit, SVP — Marketing, Analytics & Direct Revenue at ALTBalaji commented on the partnership: “We look forward to working with RepIndia on our social media & content campaigns. The digital medium is also where the majority of our target audience is, so it is important that the content on social media has the ability to tap into what people are talking about and find interesting. We see this as a great opportunity for effective storytelling as RepIndia will bring a unique narrative styling along with interesting thought process expertise.”
Archit Chenoy, Director, RepIndia, added, “We are elated to be associated with a versatile brand like ALTBalaji, who have truly been pioneers in the entertainment and content-creation space, in what is already a hugely competitive category. This win further entrenches RepIndia in the entertainment industry and will allow our team to take leaps when it comes to creative liberties and experiment with different formats and genres, as we take ALTBalaji to the next threshold.”
