I mean do you sleep like a log? If so, this might be the type of alarm to consider. At the cover page of this website, it is mentioned that here was once an alarm clock that tugged on one of your toes. This devise sort of reminds me of that old world alarm clock, because this unit has a pod that plugs in, and is placed under the pillow to help vibrate you into a state of being awake. First the alarm goes off in a gentle and quiet beeping mode. However it slowly but surely increases in loudness to an eventually whopping 106 decibels. This is an alarm clock for the true sleepy head that really has wake up issues, but is determined to wake up and face the day.
This alarm clock comes with a nice FM radio, and it is very user friendly and quite easy to tune. Fortunately the dial of the digital variety and displays exactly what station the radio is on. as for the speakers, the quality is totally acceptable for an alarm clock, and i am happy to say that the bass, which normally is terrible on an alarm clock, comes through quite well on this one. Regarding the alarm options, you can choose the shaker only, shaker and buzzing alarm together, use the buzzer only, use the radio only, or blend the use of the radio and the shaker. There really is something for everyone in this alarm clock for the heavy sleeper.
Various other awesome features to this clock is that you can vary the display by choosing between 10 different settings of brightness. The clock comes with a headphone jack to use it as a standard headphone radio, and it has a USB charging port. You can also connect a smartphone to it. The sleep function allows you doze off while enjoying the radio or while listening to a good podcast on your smartphone.
Now i would like to speak of a simple clock. One that is very nice looking and quite easy to work with. It is the CubieTime alarm clock. This particular alarm clock is often found at hotels because it is so user friendly, just about any guest can easily figure out how to operate it. A very simple knob is used and rotated to set anything and everything, and this great practical clock comes with a snooze option as well as several charging ports for devices you may have with you during a hotel stay.
Yet that is all you will get. There are no other features at all. No radio, no frill. Just a straight up alarm clock charger devise of the most practical type, and a clock worth taking a minute out to mention to you.
So my advise for this post on supplement to aid in falling asleep is lemon balm. Lemon balm capsules, are not a sleeping pill. What lemon balm does is calm the nerves, and it does so quite well. It’ alsmost impossible for me to fall asleep if i am experiencing nerves. It is an all natural herbal.
Consult a doctor when trying something to better your sleep, and read up on it yourself as well.
