KNX is a latest control protocol that enables to control appliances, lighting devices, blinds, thermostats, smoke detectors etc. The KNX system is suitable for building automation and big lighting projects while used for lighting control.
KNX lighting system consists of KNX sensors, dimming actuators and bus power supply which are connected together by KNX bus, the sensors send out telegrams to the actuators, and the actuators will implement the commands such as switching ON/OFF, dimming, group, scene and sequence. All the devices for a KNX installation are connected together by a two wire bus (the most common form of installation), thus allowing them to exchange data. The function of the individual bus devices is determined by their project planning, which can be changed and adapted at any time. The sensors can be configured with different functions for each button and work with corresponding actuators. Each KNX bus allows up to 65000 devices, which is perfect for big projects.
The most popular KNX sensors are push button control panels with each button function configurable by ETS software, for instance, you can configure one button or a pair of buttons to switch ON/OFF and dim up/down. You can configure any button to recall a scene or sequence. Each button can also be configured to control any designated group. Dimming value is also configurable. Group control is a very important function that enables users to configure customized dimming for different areas of a building. While configured to control lighting, the sensor is able to control mono, dual color, RGB and RGBW fixtures when working with corresponding actuators. All these can be done by importing VD4 product database file into ETS software. The KNX sensors are powered by bus power supply.
The dimming actuators receive the telegrams from the sensors and implement them. There are different actuators for different types of lighting. There are AC dimmers that are suitable for traditional halogen lamps, incandescent bulbs. There are DC input dimmers that are suitable for LED lamps such as strip lights, panel lights and downlights. If the actuators are deigned with DC input, a AC-DC power supply shall be required.
3D Moon Lamp for Creating Right Atmospheres
Lighting is a very important aspect for creating right atmospheres for dating, parties and holidays. Compared to traditional lighting design, 3D Moon Lamp is a more flexible and portable LED moon lamp that adopts LED light source and is powered by rechargeable battery.FDM 3D Printer Widely Used for Prototyping and Concept Model Building
Fused Deposition Modeling builds concept models, functional prototypes and end-use parts in standard, engineering-grade and high-performance thermoplastics. It’s the only professional 3D printing technology that uses production-grade thermoplastics, so parts are unrivaled in mechanical, thermal and chemical strength.DLP 3D Printer To Print High Precision Objects With Ultra Smooth Surface
DLP stands for digital light processing that is one of the popular technologies used for 3D printing. Unlike FDM technology, this technology uses light from projectors to turn liquid resin into a solid object, one layer at a time and accumulates layer by layer finally to form an object.
