If they will not give you your initial inspection for free, perhaps you can suspect that their prices will not be the most pleasing for your pocket book. If they do not offer it, ask them what their rates are, so that you can compare the company’s prices that offer a free inspection with those who do not. Seeing the big picture will help you to make your final choice.

If you go with one who offers a free initial inspection, make sure there are no strings attached. Make sure you are not required to choose them if they do find a pest problem. Once they do the free inspection, you should be able to tell whether you will enjoy working with them or not.
