Physics has its significant share to the process of evolution,Physics, pre-predator equation and corporate Articles predation, prey-predator equation and even in the reproductive biology of many animals and plants in nature.  The evolution of various species is not just happened due to the process of adaptation or use and disuse theory alone, but the science – physics also has been one of the tenets nature has followed.

Why most animals have very powerful sense of smell?  Is it to just recognize the prey or predator or something else?  They all have very sensitive ‘ears’ to pick up even a subtle sound, ‘sharp eyes’ to see things well, then why they also have very powerful sense of smell?

How the nature that has ‘produced’ Sir Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein can go ignorant about physics of ‘light, sound and smell’ when creating different species of flora and fauna?  Nature is appears to have known the property of matter, diffusion, conduction, convention and transformation much before man knows them.

Nature knows the limitations of eyes and ears as well.  Eyes can see objects only in the visual rage and so are the ears.   Sound travels slower than the smell or in other words smell travel faster than sound.

Since this fundamental principle of physics was known to nature, it has created most species with a sharp sense of smell detecting organ – nose.    The prey animals needs to know the danger and so too the predator about the prey much before.  They cannot relay on the ‘sound cue’ as it travel only slowly from its source to the receiving end.  Animals even know to virtually move without any sound hence the over dependence on ear can go very dangerous for both the prey and predator.  The eyes too cannot see many things so accurately due to parallax error and other reasons.   Animals also know how to hide and move.  The camouflage also may poorly support the eyes.

Hence, an additional faculty has been created with most animals to know things much faster without involving eye and ear.   What makes one animal very successful as a predator or prey lies only its ability to synchronize and use all the three faculties and to seek input from the brain to respond or react to a situation.

Competition and market realities are like how life of animals in jungle, be it a prey or predator, full of unpredictability and danger.  The corporate ecosystem must cause evolution in its people to sense the change through different faculties.  Unless the corporate apply different sciences like how nature has even used physics in its creation, they may fail to sense the market reality in advance.

If they just focus only on their business interest and see only the bottom and top line growth, they may grow but also might get preyed by the predator – competition, easily.

What cannot be seen or heard can be smelled?  Corporate, cannot afford to have people with one particular competency but they need diversely talented people.    Learn from the evolution of animals and how multiple organs are given to many animals to sense the danger, so too the corporate must ‘use’ different talents and expertise of people to understand and strategies as how to deal the market reality and competition.

This message is more relevant and required for single man driven corporate at large that the MNC’s.
