Did you know that you can join Pak Navy after FSc/ A-level as PN cadet? Yes you can continue your bachelors level studies with navy through permanent commission as PN cadet. When you have done your intermediate with science or A-levels with science subjects (physics, mathematics, chemistry) according to the required percentage you have to apply for PN cadet jobs which are generally announced in the month of May as Term ‘B’; and in the month of November as Term ‘A’ through newspapers. Beside this educational requirement there are also some other eligibilities which you also have to fulfil such as your age, health, physical status and your nationality. Once you have hired or appointed for this job, the navy will bring you at Naval Academy for 2 years bachelors program where you will study any one fields of engineering or science according to your own choice like BS in operations Branch, BE in Weapon Engineering Branch, BS in Supply Chain Management or BE in Marine Engineering Branch. Eligibility Criteria/ Requirements
Qualifications:
Marital Status: Unmarried
Gender: Only Male
Age: Age should between 16 to 21 years for the children of civilian / Age for children of serving candidates should between 17 to 23 years
Height: Minimum 5 feet and 4 inches (5’4”) i.e. 162.56cm
Nationality:Candidates of Pakistan nationality, those having dual nationality must surrender their nationality other than Pakistan
How to Apply Procedure
Those who are meeting the above written eligibility criteria have to visit the nearest Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Center (PNR&SC). You can also apply online on its official’s website (www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk). You have to fill the Pak navy online registration form, completely with correct information and click on the submit button.
After receiving the form officials will analyze your form and will call you and E-Mail you for entrance test at PNR&SC. Bring a postal order of Rs. 200/- or cash of Rs. 300/- in the name of director of recruitment NHQ Islamabad on the day of entrance test.
Entrance/ Written test contain on 110 minute test including 80 minutes MCQs question about English, mathematics, Physics, and general Knowledge (current affairs) and 30 minute intelligence test. One who will pass in this test will be short listed for ISSB
Final Selection at ISSB
Those candidates who will pass the entrance test at (PNR&SC) will be call by Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB) for final selection. ISSB will go through a final selection test including written, intelligence test, physical and medical checkup. Those who will pass in this ISSB test will be finally selected.
Selected candidates will be granted admission in any of the engineering field at Pakistan navy academy for 2 years bachelors program in Pakistan Navy as Cade through permanent commission. After the successful completion of this 2 years program you will get an officer rank jobs in Pak Navy. That’s it…
