Dell's 2011 fiscal second quarter report showed, compared to last year, Dell's sales in China grew by 52%. According to market analyst firm IDC, Dell is currently the second-largest computer supplier in China, with 9% market share. IDC’ statistics predict the computer demand in western China's annual growth rate will reach 21% by 2014.
