How To Convert panasonic p2 .mxf files to HD video on Windows

You've got an issue converting some files shot with a Panasonic P2 camera to hd avis. They're all saved to .MXF format on disk. Is there any PC-based stand alone app that allows to either view them or convert them to AVI or MOV? At the moment the only option is to use the iOrgSoft MXF Converter.

I own a Panasonic P2HD cam and the trouble is that I now should convert all these clip (MXF-format) in AVI-clips to deliver to the TV station.
