3. International Call Centers. SAP B1 is very popular internationally and it is good option for multinational company to expand to such regions as Brazil, China, Latin America or Russia. When you have branches in these countries then they might need support in Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, Russian or whatever is the language of the country. Support engineers in such scenarios might be native Brazilians but have accent in American English. But the nicety of international call center is the fact that it can cover consulting needs for the whole corporation including your foreign subsidiaries and US based headquarters
4. Something that you need to know about old version. It is difficult to move SAP BO server from one computer to another as the license is coded on your Server hardware motherboard MAC number. Please try to treat the server as it deserves
