ADCIV, formerly known as Adelaide Civil, has gone into administration.
Its projects include civil infrastructure at the St Clair development at Cheltenham in Adelaide's north-west, the Point Boston subdivision at Port Lincoln and a waste water treatment plant at Whyalla.
ADCIV has blamed tough economic times in the building industry for its woes.

Tim Clifton from the administrator Clifton Hall said about 100 staff had been stood down with pay, but it was possible their jobs might go.

"There are certainly 100 employees and that is unfortunately one of the scenarios if I can't trade on and I'm dealing with the solicitors now about what I can and can't do," he said.
"The unfortunate thing is I'll have to cease trading.
"It's incredibly tough at the moment in the building industry and the company's been tendering heavily for the last few months and hasn't been winning any work and you can appreciate that [with] a company this size it's not easy to wind a company back and stop incurring debt."
