Interviews are important in any type of selection process. In the armed forces, interviews are of more importance because, these interviews give deep knowledge about a candidate's traits and character.
An initial interview is conducted after the Intelligence and Physical Test. This is your last step of the initial selection process before going to ISSB. Interviews are the most important part of any selection and recruitment process.
