How to study in Canada?

Apart from accomodation, the candidates are also required to pay for books and tuition fees. The Canadian students can meet their study cost in Canada through various work permit programs that allow them to work during the pursuance of their studies. Its also possible for the spouse of a Canadian student to work. The benefit of work-study in Canada is that you can earn points for such studying under the Canadian Experience class. The Federal skilled worker category of the Canadian Express Entry requires the candidate to have a work experience of 1-3 years. The candidates can earn points of upto 13 for 1-2 years of foreign work experience and 1 year of work experience in Canada. However more points of upto 25 can be earned by a Canada immigration candidate provided he has a work experience of 3 years and 2 years of work experience in Canada. Now, the question that arises before a student is where to study in Canada. There are many universities in Canada which provide topnotch education to a student like University of British Columbia, University of Montreal and University of Toronto. The University of British Columbia had a great ranking of 45 in the QS World university rankings 2016-2017. The other universities with high rankings were McGill University(30) and university of Toronto(32). To study in Canada, you need to fulfill certain basic critirea which are:

1. Your admission must have been accepted into an authorised learning institution in this country. 
2. You should be able to prove your financial sufficiency for the payment of fees for a period of a year. 
3. Apart from tuition fees, financial sufficiency should be shown for living expenses of family members who are going to come with you for the stay. 
4. The expenses should also be shown for the return transportation as and when required from Canada. 
5. You must not have any kind of criminal record against yourself.
