Furthermore, students in massage schools may opt to enroll in related specialty electives such as herbal medicine and essential oils to further expand their client offerings.  Successful graduates of massage schools may go onto becoming certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).  According to the US Department of Labor Statistics, job outlook is promising for certified massage therapists who have received adequate training through one of several massage schools.
