Teachers have the chance to boost up a child's self confidence and interest in learning new things. Another responsibility teachers have in innovation is teaching students how to be an expert, together with the skill of problem solving. Every invention is in the beginning created to solve some kind of problem. Rewards are sometimes given to encourage students to do well on tests and assignments, participate in discussions, use good teamwork, and even help the teachers and other students. Plus, they make the students feel good about themselves. Young students love to feel like they are capable and important. Reward can be given to students who work hard or have done fantastic arts and crafts. For pre and primary students, competing for points will be almost as much fun as the prize itself. Role playing with students to encourage them to do well can be beneficial where the students choose imaginary characters. The students will love using imagination and learning at the same time. Teachers have the opportunity to influence and students with the skills to be successes in life. Teaching students to do well and change the world are two reasons why many aspiring teachers get into the profession. A teacher influences a number of developing minds and the result is fantastic. A pre and primary teaching methodology focuses on engagement of the restless minds. A teacher's role is an exciting and rewarding experience.
