Kevin has extensive experience flemen support homeless addicts. Of 1992-1997 he worked for Turning Point the Drug Project Hungerford, asoutreach worker for homeless youth people. While there, he wrote and smoke Whispers, one of the first studies to explore the relationship between homelessness and drug use. Towards the end of this period, two of his clients have been murdered while on the streets, prompting Kevin continue efforts to improve the way homeless addicts are treated, and the availability of affordable housing for them. In 1998, Kevin joined and Liberation finally directed their inclusion Project. He produced House of drugs, which quickly became the essential text for housing projects,exploring opportunities to work with homeless drug users within the law.

This was followed by workshops across the country to help organizations struggling with the implications of Wintercomfort case. He also co-wrote Tackling Medicines for rent. After leaving output in 2002 Kevin KFx established the council, where he continued these areas work and contributed to the repeal Legislation extending dreaded the scope of Article 8 of abuse of Drugs Act. Kevin has helped change the way housing providers meet the needs of homeless drug addicts.
