The UPSEE Exam Pattern has been detailed for the candidates to do well in the examination so that candidates understand the syllabus and the structure of the exam to do well in the same.
AKTU would inform the candidates about the UPSEE Exam Pattern in the year 2018 by means of an information brochure. The UPSEE Exam Pattern would be detailing the format of the entrance examination, type of questions, the marking scheme, the total number of questions and the paper the candidates would be required to appear in.
According to the UPSEE Exam Pattern, depending on the course that a candidate chooses, the exam pattern might also change. A candidate who opts for the Bachelor of Technology course, the candidate would be required to appear in Paper 1. Biotechnology candidates can appear for either Paper 1 or Paper 2. The UPSEE Examination would have multiple objective type questions with a correct answer. Candidates would be required to enter the response on an OMR sheet with a ballpoint pen. Questions would be set in both English or Hindi for all Engineering papers except for the Bachelor of Architecture courses.
