Wit ”Pre-Match” applicants, we work only with a few long term reputable overseas Agencies who thoroughly interview and screen applicants and supply a 20-30 page detailed application file including references, letters, criminal record clearance, photo, first aid and driving records. These detailed files are forwarded to families to view. If a family likes the applicant’s file then the Select Au Pairs & Nannies will arrange a no obligation phone chat or Skype with the applicant.  For “Sydney arrival” applicants, these girls are personally interviewed in our city office and recommended to families for a personal interview. We discuss the requirements a family will have with the applicant and also discuss wages, conditions etc.                                                                                               Select Au Pairs & Nannies offer a one month free replacement guarantee period once you have selected your au pair/nanny. We make follow up calls to both the family and the au pair/nanny after placement. We are always available should any problems arise or questions needing to be answered.
