Start by washing your hands. You will need clean hands before touching any of the bottles. This reduces the chance of any dirt,How to Clean Infant Baby Bottles Articles bacteria, germs, or anything else unwanted touching the bottle. After washing your hands, start to fill up a sink with hot water and dish washing liquid. Hot water is necessary here as it will provide the best clean. With the sink filled, add in everything that you have to clean. This includes bottles and nipples as well as other supplies or items that your baby uses. If you are going to clean it, now is the time.

Go over the bottles and other items with the hot, soapy water. Make sure to fill up the bottles and clean them thoroughly. Clean out anywhere that might hide bacteria or grime, as well. You can run the baby items under running water to get rid of the soap. Rinsing is quick and will remove the soapy water easily. With items like bottles out of the way, move on to the nipples. Use a nipple brush and let water flow through the hole, squeezing a bit to get any stuck milk out of it. Again, be thorough. You do not want to leave anything in the bottles, nipples, or other items and supplies.

Before leaving the items to dry, rinse them off completely. You do not want to leave any trace of the soapy water in them. Simply put them under some running water, moving them around and getting out all soapy water from the wash. Once certain that the items have no soapy water left, they can go in the drain tray.

The entire process is easy. It should not take long for the baby items to get clean and it will help to keep your baby healthy and happy.
