Will You Get an Obama Stimulus Check?

Over the last month, there have been thousands of searches on Google for Obama Stimulus Check or some variation.  It is amazing that Americans do not realize that they are not going to get a stimulus check this year.  Instead of getting one lump sum in the form of a check, Americans will see tax cuts on each and every paycheck.  So far, it seems that single individuals will save about $13 a week on their paycheck. 

Some corporations are documenting how much money is saved on the paystubs that are distributed to the employees.  It has been almost one month since the Obama Tax Cuts took effect yet searches for stimulus check remain high.  Knowledge about political and financial issues are something that many Americans do not want to talk about, but it could save thousands of dollars each year if you are aware of some of the current trends. 

There is no way to predict exactly how much you will get with the Obama stimulus plan but there are many calculators available that will give you a rough estimate.  If worse comes to worse, you can talk to your employer and have them break down your taxes on each paycheck.  This might take some time and effort but it could save you up to $400 this year if your employer hasn't acknowledged the Obama tax cuts. 

Next year the tax cuts are set to increase even more as President Obama is attempting to give those in the lower tax brackets more money on their paycheck in an attempt to help to stimulate the economy.
