India has started the world's largest lockdown on Wednesday, PM Narendra Modi have announced in a TV address, all the issues India facing in regards to the novel corona virus and gave warning to the citizens to stay at home or risk their lives and others by inviting the coronavirus pandemic into their homes, and pledging US$2 billion (NZ$3.43bn) to bolster the country's ambushed medicinal health care system.
