Ghaziabad Development Authority Housing Schemes 2015

Ghaziabad Development Authority: It is a development body active in the region of Ghaziabad. The main aim of the authority is to develop the region into all respects. The authority active in the region to develop roads, government building, flyovers, expressways and apart from these development GDA also construct houses and flats for residents of Ghaziabad. It is one of the priority works of authority by which the authority provide houses and flats for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group and Medium Income Group of the society. The construction of these houses is to fulfill the dream of those applicants which are not able to buy their dream home in private housing projects.

Ghaziabad Development Authority has launched many housing scheme under which they offer flats for weaker section of the society at affordable price.

In the year 2015, the authority launched two housing schemes for all categories under Samajwadi Awas Yojna of Uttar Pradesh Government. In the starting month of July the authority had invited application for the allotment of 888 flats at Indraprastha Pocket-D under Indraprastha Awas Yojna. Under this scheme 1BHK & 2BHK multi-storey flats were available for registration at the price of Rs. 2,695 per square feet. Under the scheme three types of flats were available for registration 1BHK, 2BHK Type-1 and 2BHK Type-2. The registration for flats was started on 10 March 2015 and with the great response from applicant it was closed on 10 April 2015.

Before Indraprastha Awas Yojna in Indraprastha Pocket-D, the authority also had launched a new scheme in Indirapuram under Indirapuram Flat Scheme and the scheme was launched in the end of year 2014 in the month of November. Under the scheme total 370 multi-storey flats were on offer for all categories of the society. The authority had offered 2BHK duplex apartment 3BHK & 4BHK apartment at affordable price. These is not the full stop of GDA housing schemes, earlier the authority had launched many housing scheme for initiating the housing development in Ghaziabad.

Apart from completed scheme of GDA, the authority currently invites applicants for the allotment of flats in GDA new housing scheme in Modinagar. This scheme is launched with 288 multi-storey flats are on offer for only Economical Weaker Section of the society. The flats are available of registration under Sanjaypuri Awas Yojna of Ghaziabad Development Authority. The scheme is launched in Modinagar Ghaziabad and registration of flats is started from 1 June 2015 and from today only 1 week is left for the registration of flats in Modinagar.

The authority is actively work on group housing and housing project by which they can fulfill the dream of government to provide Houses for all by 2022.
