On last Sunday 2nd August 2015, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has announced a publication is a newspaper for the launch of new residential plot scheme in Sector-22D. It is new plot scheme 2015 of YEIDA. The authority has also published the details of the scheme on their official website which is www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
It is a new residential plot scheme in sector-22D launched by the authority and the code of the scheme is RPS-02/2015. It is a big opportunity for those people who want to buy a flat in Noida under YEIDA Scheme. The complete details of the scheme are available on the official website of YEIDA.
Registration for the scheme has been started from yesterday 2 August 2015 and the authority has offering these residential plots through both offline and online mode of registrations. Interested applicant can choose their convenient mode of registration for the allotment of plot in YEIDA Sector-22D Plot Scheme 2015.
Under the scheme total 900 residential plots are offering by the authority to all general public and the YEIDA has offering two size of plots 120 square meter and 162 square meter. Out of total plots, 203 plots are of 120 square meter size and remaining 697 plots are 162 square meter size.
The online registration of these plots can be done by using the official website of YEIDA and for offline registration you have to purchase out the application form from the listed banks available in the booklet/brochure. The application form is available in the bank branches of Axis Bank Branches, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Ban, ICICI Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce.
Apart from general public, the application form for farmer category is available in the bank branches of HDFC banks and the list of bank branches is available in the brochure.
