We live in a world where food is produced in quantity. There are vast fields growing grains, fruits, vegetables and livestock. Our oceans, lakes and rivers are chalk full of fantastic eats as well. Take advantage of this unbelievable wealth and start enjoying what you eat. Consuming food properly and in the right portions will make you will feel like a million bux. You'll want to get up in the morning and not miss a minute of your day because you will be ENERGIZED and ALERT ready to SUCCEED at anything you put your mind to. Once you are newly re-energized and in balance with yourself you will see the world in a different light. What was once grey and dreary will be sunny and full of life. Food will taste better, the air will smell sweeter and you will once again walk with purpose.
Eating properly is the key to all success. In order to become GREAT at what you do you first need to be in a healthy state of mind! Ingesting and breaking down the right foods that fuel your body is critical so that you can stay focused on achieving success in ANY facet of your life! How are you supposed to deliver that Grade A performance at your job if you aren't getting a good nights sleep? People always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but is it? What makes breakfast anymore important when you need to be refueled throughout your day to maintain your peak optimum performance? My favorite meal of the day is lunch as it lands right in the middle of the day during MY peak performance. By noon I've been up since 7 and I'm usually just getting hungry again and I WANT to eat. My body is telling me "Fuel me up so we can get on going thru the rest of our day!" If you listen to your bodies needs and don't over eat you will be rewarded w/ the energy to get thru your whole day feeling great all w/ a smile on your face.
What about exercise where does that come into play? If you want to TOTALLY get the most out of the food you eat and the energy it produces, WORKOUT! All a calorie is, is a unit of energy. When your body is put thru a rigorous workout routine it appreciates this because it's using those units of energy to make itself stronger. You may feel tired but your body is feeling AWESOME because YOU maximized your body's fuel source by EXERCISING. Eat right, exercise often, and enjoy the benefits you will reap from it because this is your life because you deserve it! LOVE healthy foods and your body will love you. Don't just be a calorie counter become a calorie CONVERTER!
