The procedure itself works by removing extra skin and tightening the tissue and muscle around the breast. After surgery your breast will be bandaged up and you will probably go home with a drainage tube for the first twenty four hours or so which is normal after any surgical procedure. It’s also normal to experience some swelling and bruising from surgery and once this is alleviated with time and ice packs, you should be able to see the full results of your procedure.
