I am a fitness and nutritional trainer. I am also a new mother. I gave birth to my gorgeous baby a couple months ago.
While I was pregnant, I used my experience with nutrition to learn all about what to eat when pregnant. I wanted my unborn child to be as healthy as possible, and I also wanted to keep off all the unwanted extra weight. I wanted to be able to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight as soon as I could.

Make sure that you do not cut down your calories, and don’t cut out carbs. You can cause more harm than good.
