Hardly can hours past with out one experiencing one form of stress or the other. Whenever we go about for our various daily chores, we must encounter one forum of stress or the other. Yes. Whether you like it or not, you can never escape stress in life. It is part and parcel of life.

Do you know that stress is good and bad?  Yes! Stress can be beneficial and harmful to man.  We need a little amount of stress if we must live.  On the other hand, when this stress becomes too much for us, it becomes pathological.  The amount of stress which we are exposed to matters a lot.  We should be very conscious of this.

When stress reaches beyond the coping capacity of an individual, it turns from being beneficial to being harmful.  Thus, enormous dose of stress is not good for us.  When stress becomes much, it becomes harmful to health.  However, a small dose of stress is normal for maintenance of normal life activities.

Just as the saying goes that one man’s poison is another man’s meant; what could be stress to an individual could turnout not to be stress to another individual.  To some individual, going to the stadium to watch a football match might be fun.  But to some, it is not fun but stress.  Some students will see reading as stress while to some, reading is noting but fun.  One thing is certain we avoid stress in our various live endeavors.  Since stress is an inevitable part of our life, we must learn to manage it.

In summary, every individual should try and learn how to manage stress since it is inevitable.  Just like ever other thing, stress could be beneficial and harmful to man.  What matters most is your ability to manage stress.
