The Dental Coaches must be built from Chassis up just like an Automotive assembly line but to accommodate the Dental Equipment. If you elect to buy a used or new coach don’t assume that the structural reinforcements can be made to accommodate the Intraoral X-Rays, Dental Patient Chair, Panoramic X-Ray, Rolling cabinets such as the CLEVEDENT WORKSTATIONS. Dental Equipment requires special wiring, conduits, Vacuum Suction & Airlines, dedicated electrical & circuit breakers for Intraoral X-Ray, vacuum Pump, Air Compressor. The purpose of Mobile Dentistry is to transport Dental Equipment to where the patients are. You can use the Mini Van and buy portable dental equipment from Aseptico or DentlWorks. The portable equipment is designed for you to carry in your standard Van. The portable equipment is used by the Military by USA, Canada and many Countries Globally. The Portable Equipment can be completely Self Contained or the models that require external power source from the School, Retirement home, etc. This portable method of Dentistry does not replicate the immovable dental office.

These Trailers are available New or Reconditioned. We have the Reconditioned Dental Trailers with 2,3 or 4 Treatment Rooms in stock with all the Dental equipment necessary to see patients. This allows us to put you in one of our trailer quickly in case you were a victim of fire or storm damage. We can deal with your insurance company to manage your claim. We can recondition the Trailers to your specifications to fit your Dental equipment or we can provide the required Dental equipment and Cabinets. We also have Office Trailers for sale or rent. These Coaches are available New or Reconditioned. They are tested for vibrations and temperature. Heavy Duty commercial Chassis, Air ride suspension, automatic Levelling system, Central air and heating system, Diesel Generator, ABS, air brake are some of the features required for the Dental Coaches. New Coaches generally have normal and extended warranty depending on the manufacturer. Smaller models on all wheel drive chassis can be constructed for Off-Road travel. The size options are 12’ X 8’ wide, 24’ X 8’ wide, 36’ x 8’ wide, or 50’ X 8’ wide. The size and layout will depend on the type of Dental Service you want to do, cleaning, restorations, dentures, extractions, hygiene or Endodontics. For Global customers, we consider local roads, electrical requirements, service issues, terrain, climate and other parameters. Mobile Dental Coach can be custom built from the base up, modified our standard floor plan or modify used coach. Custom built New coach can cost from $750,000.00 to Over Million dollars. The refurbished coach will be less expensive and the refurbished Trailer will be the least expensive option.

The Mobile Dental Shipping Containers are available in 20 feet, 40 feet and 45 feet lengths. Basically the existing shipping container is modified to accept the Dental Equipment. The shipping containers are easier to ship globally. The containers can be converted to the Dental Clinic, Medical Clinic, Residence Unit, Business Office, Command Center, Dental Lab and veterinary clinic.
