Our immune system does not recognize these fatty acids and produce antibodies against them. Our sebaceous glands are susceptible to these antibodies and they get inflamed as a result, producing excess sebum, worsening your acne.
4) Avoid Vitamin B & E supplements
Some people do observe an aggravation of their acne condition after taking these vitamins. If possible, avoid these supplements and get your vitamin fix naturally from the food you eat.
