Many of us have a hard time remembering numbers,Memorization Techniques Without Hypnosis Articles words are usually easier because you can associate them with an object. For instance, if I asked you to remember the word “book”, a picture of a book appears in your mind, but if I said remember 3984, then most of us would not be able to remember it after a few minutes of not seeing it.

So how can we try and conquer this problem?

One of the best ways is to use your eyes and ears to help you picture the number in your mind.
As I mentioned earlier, if I said remember 3984, it can easily be forgotten, but if I wrote three-nine-eight-four, then it may make it easier?

Another way is to visualize the number, try and picture it as huge writing in the sky encrusted with sparkling diamonds, see it everywhere you look. You can also make up rhymes to help you remember it: Three-nine-eight-four what is this number for?  Or something similar but memorable to you, maybe use a well known song or tune that you love instead?

As we know it is easier to remember words, so why not convert the numbers to words?
A=0, B=1, C=2 and so on?
3984 becomes DJIE.
This is barely easier to remember than the number, so turn it into an acronym like DJ is evil, this is much easier to remember. Just the exercise of working out the number from the letters will eventually help burn it into your memory.
