Main staff:
John DeFendis: Mr. USA, and trainer to Mike Piazza, he's the one behind the Live Fit 360 weight loss program, helping 100's of people lose 100lbs or more, he's the man for the job.

Dr. Derrick DeSilve Jr.: He's been on TV, he's got his own radio show, and now he's with Live Smart 360.  He's bringing his love of both Eastern and Western medicine to this truly unique company.

Dr. Shawn Muller: He's the man behind the 360 Mists.  His patented technology is what this company is based on.  He's got degrees in Neuromuscular therapy, Phsycology, Excercise science and a few more.  

Leadership:
Mark & Jeanine McCool: these two are industry leaders, mark has 20 years in the network marketing world, and is a pioneer in web based network marketing.
Mike Potillo: This guy has spent nearly his entire life surrounded by network marketing.  He started his life at a base level job answering phones for a network marketing company and has never looked back, he's helped a LOT of people become top earners.


What are the products?

You have a pretty good idea by now that this company is focused on healthy living products.  Their main product is the 360 Mist which helps your blood cells absorb nutrients from food better, as well as an increase in energy and focus.  They Have several other products with more focused results, Zip for energy, Relieve for pain, Ignite for Libido, PM for sleep, and slim for weight loss.  

The Compensation plan:
They have a standard Right Side / Left Side BV compensation plan.  And like many companies you'll need to bring 2 people to the party to start receiving those commissions.  That's about where the similarities end though.  They've got a few unique bonuses like the BMW bonus, the Life Changing Bonus, and the Million dollar Match bonus.  Last but not least there is the SmartLine bonus.
The BMW bonus: Depending your level you get $400-$2,500 per month to spend on a blue or white BMW.  
Life Changing Bonus: $100-$5,000 per month to give away to help change the life of someone else.
The Million Dollar Match: As those who you directly sponsor move up the ranks you get a bonus, even if they pass you.  When they reach the top, you will split 1 Million dollars between the person who climbed the ranks, and their sponsor.  
The SmartLine: Get paid from those who joined after you, even if you haven't directly sponsored them.  Live Smart 360 will be sharing from 1% to 3% (based on your rank) of it's company wide volume from those below you.  You only need to meet some pretty basic requirements to qualify.  

Overall Thoughts:

Overall LiveSmart 360 has enough unique bonuses and products to keep it around for quite some time.  With any company it's hard to say if it's going to make it past that 5 year fold of success, but the leadership comes from a knowledgeable background and have been able to make quite a bit of money.  The fact that the product is unique and exclusive to LiveSmart 360 is a good indicator that this product and company will be around for awhile.  How many network marketing companies are there that are selling $20 vitamin B capsules, or secret shopping programs.  LiveSmart 360 has a product that is ready to take the world by storm, and a compensation plan that makes it worth joining early, and sticking around for the profits.
