Acquiring tools that work together in your business world isn't a difficult task at all. Just sit back and think about what exactly you need to accomplish in a day. Does it involve sending out numerous emails? Then an autoresponder would benefit you greatly as you can preset the time to send out a message to a set group of individuals at any time.
You may find that with using an autoresponder system,
you will be delivering email messages with website URL's. What if you have two or three similar businesses or affiliate programs? You could use an autorotator with all of your links, sending out only one URL for the viewers to click on and randomly get a glimpse at one of the three sites in the rotator.
Rotators are also imperative for teams, as they can cycle out each link in sequence for each team member in the group. Rotators are often free unless you have more than five or so URL's in the line up.

Using any Google service with any other is like adding apples to pastry, it just matches. Use the chat feature, Talk, along with Picasa (Googles photo site) and you have a winning combination. View photo slide shows while chatting with friends, relatives, or business associates and soon to come view Google Docs presentations. You can always both view the documents at the Google Docs site, but soon, while chatting in Google Talk as well.
Back to the autoresponder systems, the web form portion of the system will require you to have some sort of capture page or at bare minimum, a blog site to place the code for the web form into. So, using a capture page, blog, or web site to house your web form to then allow visitors to offer their name and email address in exchange for some information, free tool, or free trial product will build your personal mailing list up.
Using blogs and social networks together is a great way to break the ice. Visit your friends profiles pages at the social networks and they may have a blog URL listed there that you can then visit. Finding out more about your social network friends through their personal blog site will let you know if you have even more in common with them than presently. It is always fun to get to know a social network buddy and turn them into a friend :)
What about your PC security? Using tools like Fire-Fox, AVG, and a router together will save you a heap of hassle in the long run with virus worry, clean up and repair in the virus realm of your personal computer. The three used together as a strong team should prevent most attacks to your system.
Using a computer based email program along with Gmail will also save time if you have multiple accounts. It will save the hassle of logging in and out from one account to the next as you can adjust your settings to collect all accounts in the same computer based program like Outlook or Incredimail. While Incredimail might gum things up at times, it has cool graphics, layouts and backgrounds for your stationary.
So, you see, using tools, services, and systems together can be as complimentary as peanut butter and jelly, you just have to have the need (be hungry) and have the taste for it (be able to smoothly use the tools as a team). No worries.
