Why do you need a "To-Do" list? To reach your goals! Now how can a small daily exersize be the key to reaching your goals? Let me explain:

If you have your goals in place,Reaching Dreams Part 2 - "To-Do" lists Articles then you know what you want when you want it. But, if you don't have a plan on how to get their, your goals will never be reached in the proper time periods. So let's break this down a little further.

Look at your main, long term goal. Write down all of the things that need to be done to achieve it. Next take a look at your short term goals. How many of those things one your list you just made need to be done in a month to achieve your short term goals? How many in a week? If you set your goals correctly, there should be no problems finding the time (and energy) to complete all the weekly tasks.

Your final step after you have your "To-Do" list done for the month and week is of course to break it down into days. Plan it out a week at a time, and cross off tasks as you go. Don't stress if you don't complete all the tasks you have down for a specific day, just add them to the next day's list. If you finish everything on your daily or weekly list early, either start on the next week's list or take a break, you deserve it!

Remeber to use your dry erase board to keep your daily and weekly task in front of you at all times!
