If you don't, how are you going to be able to make videos that are going to appeal to others? Don't go by your personal preferences because those preferences may not coincide with the masses.

But when was the last time you went to Squidoo to see what the most popular lenses are? What about Internet marketing tactics in general? Do you ever go searching on the Internet to see what the new forms of advertising are? Are you up with the latest? The only way to do this is to actually become part of the traffic that searches out these items. This means going to search engines, Blogs, message boards, and just about anywhere else where this information can be found.

The marketers who have the most success online are the ones who are actually a part of the world they are trying to reach. I spend at least one hour each day becoming a part of this community and I never fail to learn something.
