Seek Technical Guidance on SBCglobal issues over iPhone

This is a very common issue with the iPhone users that they generally fail to install email properly in their device. They are in need of SBC Global technical support to make their SBCglobal email work on their iPhone successfully. • Select “Settings” in iPhone home screen and open the Settings menu
• Then select the “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” tab and then “Accounts” option which will display the existing email accounts

• Then “Other” and select “Add Mail Account” and this will open the New Account form

• Then enter account password and a description for the account in the Description field, if desired. Tap “Next”
• Tap the “POP”
• Then in the Incoming Mail Server section : inbound.att.net
• Type the SBC email address in the User Name field, and then type the corresponding password for the account in the Password field. Tap “Next” to display the Outgoing Mail Server form
• Then in the Outgoing Mail Server section : outbound.att.net
• Type the SBC email address in the User Name field, and then type the corresponding password for the account in the Password field.
• Tap “Save”

On saving, the iPhone has recorded the detailed information of the SBCglobal email account in the device and now the device is configured successfully to send and receive emails from the SBCglobal account.
