How many times have you known something and yet not paid much attention to it, and then later said ‘I should have listened to my gut feeling?’ I know how you feel, because I’ve been there too. I know how frustrating it can be when we ignore that gut feeling, do something else (usually what "seems" logical), and then get ourselves into an even worse situation.
This is probably because western culture does not encourage us to page attention to that little intuitive voice inside us that has a special way of signaling. The more aware we are about the whole intuitive power; we will be able to awaken it.
That said, theory is useless if we don’t put it into practice. So I will tell you about something I learned in the past. It’s called a grounding exercise. Following are the few steps that will help awaken your intuition;
