A Cricketing Show Fascinating Cricket Fans

T20 matches are known as the most fascinating form of cricket as per viewers’ survey. Tensions seems to brew up among teams as in a match between RCB and DD, the skippers Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir were seen quarreling over the field. It all started when Virat Kohli after getting caught in cover region inspite of moving back to pavilion moved to the region for notifying something.

Yesterday’s IPL T20 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) and Delhi Daredevils(DD) was nerve tickling. And, why not to be when Chris Gayle was at crease. Watching him batting was a pleasure and even more cheering up was his sixes. Chris holds the record of most number of sixes hit by any individual in T20 matches. Now, also the longest six being hit till now in IPL 6 goes to his credit only. Playing yet another brilliant knock of unbeaten 85 runs ensured an eight wicket victory for Royal Challengers Bangalore over defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders. KKR batting earlier stand up to decent score of 154 runs in 20 overs. Gautam Gambhir, the skipper of team scored 59 runs of 46 balls helping his team to stand out a huge score. But all efforts made by them looked in vain when Chris Gayle opened the batting for RCB. Chasing a decent target of 155, ‘Gayle storm’ was dominant throughout the innings till the end.

In another match between Pune Warriors and Rajasthan Royals, Pune warriors clinched their first ever victory in IPL T20. Aaron Finch becoming the show of the day started his knock with good looking shorts powered to boundary lines. He scored 64 runs of 53 balls, leading his team to victory over the score of 145 runs scored by Rajasthan Royals. The knock of a captain was also seen as “The Wall”, Rahul Dravid also proved his batting skills by scoring 54 runs but inspite of it Rajasthan Royals loose the match. This win by Pune Warriors has boosted up the morale of players and the team is looking up to win more matches in this season of IPL.
