With the world celebrating World Environment Day, the members of the group find it a perfect date to start off the work. This Delhi-based NGO has created valuable things from waste sourced from scrap dealers and junk yards across the city. Taking part of initiative for development in their hands, the NGO has planned to open more offices in other cities also and also provide valuable knowledge to people on how to reuse the waste products. In latest Mumbai news, the city was shocked early morning by the death of actor Jiah Khan. She died in an apparent suicide at home at such a young age of 25. Jiah Khan, real name Nafisa, was born in London on February 20, 1988. By the death of this charming actor, Bollywood’s string of untimely deaths has added another chapter to it. Her debut film, Nishabd, though having controversies on storyline and exposure faced deep grievance by cine-goers but her role and confidence in the movie was greatly appreciated. Also, she starred opposite Aamir Khan in the movie Ghajini, which was a superhit. She was a committed PETA campaigner and helped get glass-coated “manja” banned during kite-flying festivals. Well, investigations on the case are still going to clarify whether it is a suicide or an alleged murder. There are a few strings of love affair also attached with the case, which makes it much harder to find the truth. In latest Pune news, German Bakery, the eatery where a bomb blast killed 17 patrons and injured over 60 others in 2010 has been reopened. Hoping to erase the terrible memory of the incident, the eatery reopened this week at the posh Koregaon Park area in Pune. The Kharose family who owns the place has renovated it at a cost of around 1.5 crore rupees. The management has been changed and security cameras have been installed for increasing safety of people. Due to its, tongue twisting delicacies in cuisines, the place was quite popular among youngsters. After, re-opening to lure customers again the menu has been reorganized and several other dishes have been added to the list.
