After the Loss of the Right Earring

The right earring was missing. I have no clues on how, when, where and why it was missing, it just disappeared without warning; therefore, the left earring is dangling alone. If the left lost, will the right have the same feeling? Loss is loss, nothing can be changed. As a whole, the hoop earrings had brought me so much uncountable fond memories, which record every detail of my work, study and life, not to mention the intimate relationship between the earrings and my sensitive emotion.Thus, the loneliness of the left earring cannot be told, explained, or released, but can be felt, for the left one is not perfect any more. In many people’s view, it is the whole pair that can be a happy ending.With just one earring, I hesitated how to deal with it, throw it, or just keep it somewhere? That is really a tricky question. Finally I determined to throw them and not have a look at the left any more after so much hesitation. However, I found the right earring unexpectedly when sorting out my closet a couple of days after I throwing the left one; it was hanging on the pocket of my windbreaker!! I have a softly sigh and know that the two will have no reunion forever, so I throw the right one after packaging them carefully and pray the same person will get them at the same place and get my two lost earrings together. That might a happy ending, isn’t it?So if you lost one earring made with exquisite resin beads or some other subtle cheap pandora beads combined with cheap ribbon, do you think it is a disaster or good luck? For the reason that every item should be imbued with wonderful meaning or usage, they should be cherished by everyone who owned it. Every efforts of man’s labor should be attached enough importance; you should get that point and try your best to seize the day.For me, it is not bad at all. The past has gone, those good old days have gone, those memories which make us smile, cry or feel the life  is true have gone, and a whole new life is on the way. You cannot cry for spilt milk, isn’t it?To bid farewell to the old and usher in the new, I would prepare my new life of making crafts for the convenient earring making supplies are just at hand and I decided to make one to alternate the original one, which means I am gonna make a new life with my hands, no emerging in the past. I would choose some cheap jewelry boxes to hold them all, for scattering them everywhere and then to find them in every neglected corner is a huge disaster, you know?
