1 lb. of spaghetti
1 tbs.. of olives
1/3 cup of diced green pepper
4 tbs. of butter
1 cup of diced salami or ham
1/3 cup of thinly sliced onions
1/4 tbs. of mashed garlic
1 cube of chicken stock
4 tbs. of tomato paste
Boil spaghetti when it softens drain water. Melt butter in a saucepan, then add tomato paste, chicken stock, garlic, onion, ham green pepper and olives. Heat up stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Add spaghetti and stir to mix sauce with spaghetti for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove, serve and enjoy!
Note: It can be served with white rice or bread.

The other day I was watching Oprah one of my favorite shows for many reasons but, that would be another subject. The topic was unfit mothers. Trust me it was more than evident that some of the guests there had some serious issues due to the amount of abuse or neglect that they place their children in.
