We Are What We Think About All Day Long
The beauty of living lies in what you think about every day, every moment, every second.
Shaking yourself out of the habit of negative thinking takes desire, persistence, faith, imagination, decision, the gentle guidance of the conscious mind: just to name 6 of the 13 principles of Napoleon Hill's "Think And Grow Rich."
This book was obviously written under the influence of Divine Inspiration.
And it's Divine Inspiration we all can draw upon to change our thoughts and neglectful attitudes towards self and others.
The hours when the veil thins and marvels magnify are 3am, 12pm, 6pm, and 12am. I have read this in many spiritual texts.
Opening the mind is the key to opening the heart. Many times this is done in moments of solitude, away from TV, newspaper and conversation of any kind.
We must deliberately elevate each thought that we have. By conservative estimates, we each have 60,000 thoughts a day, most of these negative and anxiety producing.
Many of the conversations that people have focus on what is missing, the horrors of the news, criticisms of people, places and things.
Avoid these.
Last evening, I saw a TV program about dog fighting. I got up and walked away. But what I saw was indelibly imprinted in my memory, giving the opportunity to erase and clean these shared memories with the practice of Ho'oponopono.
( Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian healing technique that simply requires the inner chanting of four phrases: I love you, Thank you, Please forgive me, (for the part I played in bringing about this "problem"), I am sorry (for the part I played).
So the practice of elevating thought processes and harmonizing thought IS The Law Of Attraction.
This is the conscious and deliberate directing of your life.
People often engage in conversation about what is missing in their lives.
"With my luck, it won't work out. It won't happen."
This is hogwash!
What is just as true and decidedly stress-free is: "with my luck, it will show up faster than it normally would."
"What I want is on its way."
"I am a collaborator with fate!!"
The will to live is a potent indicator of longeivity and resilient life outcomes. By adapting a dynamic world-view, feeling physically, mentally and spiritually strong, and withdrawing all belief in decline of any kind, will determine boundless energy and inner excitement and joy.
If a person in her 30's, 40's and 50's perceives decline when thinking of herself in her 60's, 70's and 80's, this is what she will experience.
It is far more beneficial and joyful to imagine a life full of radient health, with no focus on what is missing, avoiding all violent thoughts in your consciousness, thus consciously creating the world you wish to participate in.
Turn off the channel of false and harmful beliefs and thoughts.
Do not look at what has always seemingly been, or at what others want from you.
If you have a conflict with someone, place your thoughts only on what you truly want to have with that person.
Have a love relationship with your ex-husband and inlaws and with everyone else on the planet.
Love them all. Love yourself.
Every moment is a choice and a new beginning.
