I have found, after 37 years in this industry, if you are willing and able to WORK (I know this is nasty four letter word for a lot of you), you can achieve anything and everything that you want and desire. The problem that I have seen over the years is a six inch handicap that sits directly between your ears.

As you can see by the title, it has come to my attention again that it must be whining season in the network marketing industry. So I have decided to draw a line in the sand and stop handing out cheese to the whiners. You complain that you have no time to work a business, but yet 30 minutes a day for an average person is spent just flipping channels on radio, TV, or I-Pod to find something to listen to or watch. You complain that you don't have enough money to pay for a website that costs $11 a month, but you can buy a Starbucks latte at $5.95 each two to three a day seven days a week. Even if you only bought one a day, you are still complaining about the cost of the website, but not your latte.
Next complaint I hear is that no one is willing to help me. Too bad. What you are really asking for is someone to do the work for rather than a helping hand. How do I know this? At least three or four times a day with people that in different MLMs that say "My downline's not growing", "No one is calling me to join", "Everyone is telling me no", but yet when I ask when was the last time you promote your website you answer "I don't know." When I ask when was the last time you handed out a product sample you say "I haven't." When I ask do you have a business card or sometime of label to handout, you say it's too expensive, even after I showed you a place to get it for free.
As you can see, this list could go on and on and on. So, since I'm no longer handing out the cheese, I have decided to handout free advice and free information as not to tax the poor whiner's mental state any further. Here we go.
1. Vista print will print 250 business cards for free. (If you can't find them, google them, I can't do all the work for you.)
2. Need a website with a domain, with unlimited pages? Yahoo! Small Business. (At blogtalk site is a 30 minute free training on how to do this and the Yahoo sitebuilder trainings.)
3. You complain you don't have enough time. Tim Sales at Brilliant Exchange has a whole program free on how to schedule your network marketing company and business around your J.O.B.
4. You said you didn't know how to explain things to people about your business. Big Al has a free site at www.fortunenow.com that will show you how to do a one minute presentation for any network marketing company. And this training is free!
5. Change seems to scare a lot of people. The easiest way to overcome it is to reprogram yourself. You might want to take a look at www.beliefbusters.com by John Milton Fogg to help get yourself back on track.
6. Dr. Patricia Ross at bestaffirmations.com can help you with you goal setting, you affirmations and basically seeing a new vision of where you want to go.
I have found, after 37 years in this industry, if you are willing and able to WORK (I know this is nasty four letter word for a lot of you), you can achieve anything and everything that you want and desire. The problem that I have seen over the years is a six inch handicap that sits directly between your ears. I hope this article has stirred something in you or helped you to find that moment in time that will turn you around and help you achieve your dreams, because dreams really do come true if you work at it.

Depending on how dependent your company is on computers, IT (or information technology) can be your biggest ally or the biggest thorn in your side. While people tend to refer to IT for anything that involves computers, information technology can encompass a very large variety of business needs from servers to websites. There is no one-size-fits-all IT professional any more than there is a one size fits all employee of any type.Water is Water Right? Wrong!
We all know that we should probably be drinking more water. We have all heard the health benefits staying hydrated. But we get busy and we forget to drink. So we stop by the drinking fountain and take a quick sip or hit the office water cooler and we think we are getting the hydration we need. But hydration is not even enough. We also need the proper trace minerals.
