If you think about it this makes sense. According to Law of Attraction you're going to experience what you are in sync with, right? So it follows that everything in your current reality is a perfect vibrational match to you. Today - this instant the way things are match perfectly the way you are. And if you want something different then you have to change your vibration to match that new thing (if it were already a match then the thing would already be part of your reality).
Sometimes this is easy. For instance we are all a pretty close vibrational match to food. So when dinner time comes around, we easily and without much thought just slip right into sync with what we're having.
Other times however it's a bit trickier. Habits, thought patterns, self talk and limiting beliefs all work behind the scenes to keep us at the status-quo. The result is that we stubbornly stay stuck in the same reality with the stuff we don't want anymore. And when that happens, we find ourselves complaining about not having our stuff yet. Which just reinforces what we don't want and gets us more and more frustrated.
The good news is that it's possible to break this cycle, adjusting your vibration so that the things you want can appear in your reality. It just takes an understanding of how the Law of Attraction works along with perseverance and practice.
