The Law of Attraction - Beyond the Basics

You know about the law of attraction and have decided to implement the technique in your life. But in order to really experience the full power of the law of attraction, you will have to move beyond the mastering the basic law of attraction techniques. If you fail to move beyond the basics, you may even achieve results completely opposite of those you want to achieve.

One of the first ideas concerning the law of attraction that you will need to move beyond is that just mere positive thinking is enough to accomplish what you desire. Yes, you will need to think positively, but this needs to be on both a conscious and subconscious level. You have to realize that your subconscious mind is many times more powerful than your conscious mind.

So if you are telling yourself that you are capable and will get that new promotion you want, but doubting it deep down, you are possibly canceling out what you desire. You will need to find a way to wholeheartedly believe and convince your subconscious mind of what your conscious mind already knows.

Another roadblock to effectively applying the law of attraction is expecting instantaneous results. When you first begin to apply the law of attraction tips you have come across, you are normally highly excited and thoroughly optimistic about the results you will achieve. These initial emotions begin to wane as time goes on and you have yet to achieve what you desire.

The problem here is that you were really just testing the theory out, but did not fully believe. One of the things about the law of attraction that you need to understand that you have to fully trust that you will receive what you desire and exercise some patience along with your trust.

You can also delay the law of attraction by dictating how and when you should receive whatever it is you desire. In order for the law of attraction to work properly, you must be open to all possibilities. By only being reception to one means of acquiring your goal, you are limiting yourself and possibly delaying your desires. Just remember, you must be open to change and new possibilities when applying the law of attraction in your life.
