Specifications:
Coating method: 40 ~ 120 kv high-voltage electrostatic spraying.
Recommended film thickness: regular grade 300 ~ 400 um, strengthen the level of 400 ~ 500 um.
Theory of usage: general grade 0.42 ~ 0.56 kg/m2 to strengthen 0.56 ~ 0.70 kg/m2
Surface treatment: sand blasting or cleaning up to Sa2.5 level above, anchor pattern depth of 50 ~ 80 um.
Workpiece preheating: generally by medium frequency heating, workpiece temperature control within 220 ~ 240 , shall not exceed 260 .
Spraying construction: to adjust and artifacts, thickness of the coating as specified.
From spray quenching time: 230 , and the hardening time shall not be less than 90 s
Coating and cooling, cooling below 95 , the surface inspection.
After repair funnelled: detect funnelled, rough processing, and then use the liquid epoxy heavy-duty coating SLH07 which supplyed by Hunan great steel pipe co.,ltdbe repaired.
