There are challenges for the non-sporty persons as they lack the avenues to burn calories. However there are other ways that they still can lose weight, just need to be creative.
The most straightforward ways to lose weight would be simple: eat one meal a day, and run a marathon every week and I can guarantee you will reach your ideal weight within a month.
Just kidding, don’t do that as this will harm your body. If you are a person that hates to go for games or sport, what I would recommend is much easier though it would take a longer time. However, this will be at a more manageable pace that a non-sporty person could handle.
1. Eat More Meals But At Smaller Portion
Instead of the normal 3 meals, eat more, say about 5 to 6 a day. Once your stomach feel a slight full, stop eating. This will help your metabolism to burn the food at a faster yet more efficient rate.
2. Eat Differently
If you can change your snacking habit, then do it. Drop that potato chips or pretzels and eat an apple or banana instead. Eat more natural products like vegetables and fruits. All the best if these are organically grown.
You may want to get the color white from your diet, what I meant is to avoid white rice, or bleached wheat products. They are loaded with calories but contain less nutrients.
3. Move About
Forget the marathon or long hours of work-out at the gym, start simple. If you hate jogging, then gradually work up by walking 10 minutes a day, then extend to 30 minutes a day. Another way is to take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
Park a bit further (choose a cheaper carpark but you need to walk a little distance) from your destination. Or you can find time to play with your kids like a friendly one-on-one basketball or frisbee game. Perhaps, you may want to bring your spouse for a romantic stroll in the park after dinner.
There are certainly many easily loose weight methods, even for people who are lazy and hate sports (like me). Just be creative.
