Looking at where users are saying Six Week Body Makeover could be improved.
For the better part of the last month, I have tried to get into the Six Week Body Makeover program in as many different ways as possible to give the potential user the best picture of what they might be buying. The difficulty is always trying to keep balance and objectivity when you are especially pleased by the potential of something.
That is where we stand at my website with Six Week Body Makeover. There is plenty to like, but a weight loss or fitness system should be on guard to improve at all times and this means taking special care to understand where the thing is lacking. While there is a lot to like in the program especially it’s unique capability to give you a road map for sustainable weight loss long term, there are issues in three particular areas that hopefully will be addressed.
First on the list is people are not in love with the extra up-front work they have to do to provide the information for the unique body weight loss blueprint. There is a very detailed questionnaire that ultimately provides the backbone for what the program is trying to do. It is important and from a user’s perspective you wouldn’t want it to be any less important. However, maybe the solution is having Six Week Body Makeover get you going immediately with something general so you get a feel for what the system is trying to do. Then after a day or three, you fill out the quiz. The obvious reason for this is it allows you to see it in action and gain a general understanding.
Second people wish they had more and tastier menu choices. In the past I have maybe too easily given the makers of this regimen too easy of a landing on this issue. My approach was well maybe people should get prepared and come armed with a bunch of resources of recipes. I still think that’s a good idea, but what about a website which would allow people to enter food items they have in the house at the time into a data center and have the program or website kick you out potential eating choices? This would take into account the reality of everyday living and make the system more sustainable.
Lastly, there is the very valid criticism about having to make so many small meals in a day. It is tough with our busy schedules. Not that doing all this work isn’t worth it ultimately, but it does drive people away from finishing.
